HSRL Immunohistochemistry

HSRL's GLP Immunohistochemistry lab can provide the support needed for the smallest of research projects through to large follow-up investigative work on GLP toxicity studies. Our selection of commercial antibodies have been reliably used on both frozen and fixed tissues, and in tissues embedded in paraffin, methylmethacrylate polymer or Spurr resin. For any antibody that we have not yet used, we first perform optimization and validation of that antibody for use in your tissues.

Our lab has the experience to properly design the immunohistochemical approach needed for accurate detection of protein expression, and our pathologists have the experience needed to thoughtfully evaluate that protein expression and determine its relevance.

Morphometry services are available using a validated computerized image analysis software package (Image-Pro® Plus), under the supervision of a pathologist.
